For the Thai Airways mobile app, the focus went beyond a visual refresh, we reimagined the app’s role as a true travel assistant. This meant addressing pain points uncovered in research, restructuring core journeys and integrating features that better serve travelers in transit. The result aimed to combine the airline’s signature Thai hospitality with a faster, more intuitive on-the-go experience.
